The female caretaker was caught in the act pushing the stroller when suddenly, the stroller lost its balance and stumbled, causing the toddler to hit the floor, face first!
The incident took place an the 16th of July at the Puruming Postpartum Care Centre in Yanji, North-East China.

However, a spokesperson stated that the nurse was an unexperienced medical professional who have been working as a deputy director at a hospital. It was also stated that the baby was uncasthed after the fall.
She also said: "The baby was unscathed. A CT scan at the People’s Hospital showed no damage had been caused to the brain.
‘After all, human beings are not gods. There would be times when accident happens."
However, the family of the 19-day-old baby was determined to file a lawsuit against the nurse after watching the video. They are also concerned that this might happen in the future again. They also added that there might be effects on the baby in the future despite that nothing happened to the baby after the incident happened.

A solicitor revealed that the baby was just 19 days old when the incident happened. Wang Xi wrote: "Had the CCTV footage not been released, how long would you hide this matter from the public?"
